Book Client, Customer Appointments Online for Free

Local businesses such as hair and nail salons, auto repair shops, dance studios, personal trainers, health clubs, medical offices and many others have a new way to book appointments online with a free service called GoBook from GramercyOne Technology.  GoBook also allows customers to book appointments with you via Facebook or a mobile device.

Although it’s free, GoBook is not a stripped-down tool.  GramercyOne is known for its online booking solutions for bigger companies and has translated that expertise into a similar tool for local businesses and professionals. GoBook also lets you manage customer records and profiles. And it provides a real-time dashboard for tracking total appointments, revenue, top customers, conversion rates and more.

GoBook comes with built-in marketing and promotions tools through GoPromote, which lets you develop your own deals and promote them through social media channels such as Facebook, Foursquare and Twitter.  One especially helpful feature lets you track inbound customers to see which platforms are the most effective. If you are offering deals on Groupon, LivingSocial or other sites, GoBook could be a great way to keep things under control so you aren’t overwhelmed with trying to manage bookings yourself.

Very impresive what GObook is going to be offering for free. I wonder how other online appointment scheduling tools like for example genbook are going to compete with this free services?

    Many thanks from Switzerland.
